Oatmeal protein bites

These Oatmeal Bites came to me from Tammi Fry Jones on facebook! They are really easy to make and great sweet tooth snack since low calorie and high protein. Let me know when you try them!

Oatmeal Bites(no bake energy bites)


1c oatmeal
1/2 c peanut butter
1/3c honey
1c coconut flakes
1/2 c flaxseed
1/2c mini chocolate chips
1tsp vanilla

Mix together thoroughly. Let chill in refrigerator for 30mins. Once chilled roll into balls using a tablespoon and enjoy!! I made a double batch and they are 60 calories per serving.
